Welcome to PoemsTopAir. These terms govern your use of our domain PoemsTopAir.pro and any related content or services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PoemsTopAir.

3. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version will be effective upon posting on PoemsTopAir.pro.

4. Services

PoemsTopAir offers custom mini notes, live readings, and related creative services (Services).

Scheduling: Services are scheduled upon confirmation. You may request a schedule change up to 48 hours prior. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling.

5. Information Products

PoemsTopAir provides digital goods such as compilations and templates (Digital Products). All digital content is delivered electronically.

All sales of digital items are final once delivered. No refunds are offered after delivery, due to the immediate access and non reversible nature of digital content.

6. Physical Goods

PoemsTopAir may offer merchandise (Goods). All goods are subject to availability and shipping guidelines.

You may ship back physical goods within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be unused and in original condition. The cost of shipping back is your responsibility unless the shipment error is on our part.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 General Refund Procedures

To request a refund, contact us via our online form or call +14168194695. Include your order details and reason for request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original instrument used for the transaction.

7.2 Services

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 7 days before the appointment, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.

7.3 Information Products

Due to the digital nature of these items, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered once delivery is complete.

7.4 Physical Goods

Goods sent back that meet the criteria are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the items.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoemsTopAir is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our site or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict provisions.
